Cup of caldo tlalpeno, or ceviche or mixed green salad

And your choice of entrée:

"Paella Valenciana"

A Spanish dish prepared with rice seasoned with saffron, shrimp, chicken, sausage, mussels, scallops, green and red bell peppers, and much more.

"Pescado a la Veracruzana"

Fish fillet (orange roughy) seasoned with fresh tomatoes, olives, capers, bay leaves, and fine herbs.

"Filete al chile ancho con tamarindo"

Steak and shrimp in a chile ancho mango- tamarind- sauce

"Salmon al Chipotle"

Grilled Alaskan salmon in a lime-chipotle sauce.

"Pollo en salsa de nuez"

Chicken breast in our unique pecan sauce.

"Vegetarian Parrillada"

Grilled zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, squash, green and red bell peppers and onions.
Served on a bed of rice.
